	Naresh Bansal Naresh Bansal is currently working in the G10 Rate Sales division at Citigroup in London. He holds a B. Tech degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati and a Masters degree from the London School of Economics. He is a member of the managing committee at the IIT London Chapter and is in-charge of memberships.

	Rajesh Solanki Rajesh Solanki, CFA, is currently an Executive Director, Capital Optimisation in Group Treasury at UBS. He holds a B. Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Bombay, an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila and a European postgraduate degree in fund management from University College, Dublin and Bocconi University, Milan. He is a member of CFA UK Society's continuing education committee.

	Deepak Winston Deepak Winston is based out of London and is currently working as a Principal Consultant in Alcatel-Lucent, specialising in business strategy and operations consulting. He has B.Tech degree from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. Prior to Alcatel-Lucent, Deepak worked in the petrochemicals projects division at Reliance Industries in Mumbai.

	Vinay Gulati Vinay Gulati is a computer science graduate from IIT Kanpur. Vinay has worked for several fortune-500 companies, specialising in business improvement and is currently at Accenture, where he leads a Strategic Industrialisation Program for their UK Delivery Centre. He is the Chair of SPIN LONDON (www.spinlondon.co.uk), an independent organisation of professionals promoting business process improvements. He is a Al Gore trained volunteer for the climate project (www.tcp.org) driving the climate change agenda, an active contributor at the IIT-alumni association and a coordinator of a Vegetarian Interest Group, at Accenture.
