Dear Members,

We are hosting a lunch on the 11th July at the Indali Lounge (nearest tube station Baker Street) for IIT alumni in London to meet the Dean, Alumni affairs as well as Chairman Golden Jubilee Committee for IIT Delhi.

As you might know, IIT Delhi is getting into 50th year on 16th August, 2010. The Institute will hold a series of events to commemorate its Golden Jubilee – both in India as well as the rest of the world. It would also be a great way to connect to the IIT alumni worldwide.

As a prelude to the Golden Jubilee celebrations, Professor Ashok Gupta, Dean, Alumni Affairs & International Programmes and Professor Anurag Sharma, Chairman Golden Jubilee Committee will be in London on 11th July and would like to meet IIT alumni.

It would be a good informal gathering and all of us would be getting to know about the latest developments about IITs in India. The Professors would be very keen to know our views on the Institute-Alumni interactions and understanding how we can make meaningful contributions to our alma maters.

The cost of the lunch will be £ 25 per person(inclusive of a soft drink) This can be paid at the lunch. Partners and kids are welcome!
