IITLC's Summer Function 26th June 2005,

As written by a 3rd generation paparazzi

Don't aim for success, if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally – this is exactly what the IITLC committee do!

With all the general last minute hiccups and nerves, IITLC were out in full force to really and truly shine and succeed - and this they honestly did!

The day started off gray only to have the sun shine through and make it perfect

We had more than 115 people attending and with drinks and fine food there was no room for complaints or displeasure

Our Master of Ceremonies (Joe Verghese), Jeremy Paxman (Peter Chan) and IITLC Chairman RK Jain all delivered wonderful orations, full of wit and enthusiasm.

Sir Michael Arthur was inspirational and most focused when faced with some very interesting and testing questions put by our audience. He certainly increased our understanding of the important relationship between the UK and India; A relationship that opens gateways to diversity, cultural exchanges, economic growth and tolerance between the nations.

We also had numerous 3rd generation paparazzi floating around and who helped make the day so memorable and organized.

Bombay Palace did a fine job and made the day run with ease!
